Our community was founded by families with deep roots in India and a strong commitment to caring for older adults. With extensive experience in healthcare, including assisted living, memory care, orthopedic surgery, pain management, physical therapy, and hospice care, our owners recognized a unique need within the Indian American community.
Many Indian American families were searching for a place where their loved ones could receive compassionate care while maintaining their cultural traditions and preferences. We created this community with our own families in mind, aiming to provide a warm and welcoming environment for everyone, while offering specific services and amenities tailored to the needs of Indian Americans.
We are proud to be the first assisted living and memory care community in the United States designed to fully embrace the diverse needs and cultures of our residents, including those from the Indian American community.
Please note that while some of our services are designed with the Indian community in mind, we celebrate diversity and welcome individuals of all ethnicities and backgrounds to become a resident.
Prema Senior Living proudly holds an Assisted Living Community (ALC) license & Memory Care certificate, granting us the privilege to offer comprehensive care & services to our residents without the need to relocate to a skilled nursing facility. We rigorously adhere to increased training & life safety standards, ensuring the utmost care with Certified Medication Aides handling all medications.

EmpowerMe Wellness brings on-site physical, occupational, & speech therapy services to our community, & is covered under Medicare Part B.
Accushield ensures a safer community with a touchless sign-in, temperature scanning, & health screening kiosk helping to track COVID-related health for all visitors, staff,& residents.
